Archer L Smith Fine Art Cards

Archer Leigh Smith 1879 – 1943.These fine art greeting cards are taken from a private collection of paintings by Archer. He was proficient in the use of both watercolour and oils. His numourous paintings including landscapes, portraits and still life subjects. He fought in WW1 but was injured at the Somme, he worked as a commercial artist both before and after the war. Archer enjoyed taking painting holidays during his lifetime and many of his paintings reflected this. These cards are produced at a high standard and have a superb quality finish. They could be framed to make really attractive pictures.
