RETURNS & REFUNDS

The returns and refunds procedure applies to all returned goods whether they are unwanted gifts, goods for exchange, incorrect items, damaged or defective items. This does not affect your statutory rights (see below).

Return of Order

To return items please inform Paradis Terrestre by submitting a Return Request by e-mail using the from on the “contact us“ page, before sending the product back to Paradis Terrestre.

Unwanted items must be returned in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for a refund of amounts paid. Goods must always be carefully packaged and sent back using a reliable delivery service with appropriate postage (and customs label if required).

Paradis Terrestre will refund the returned item(s), including the outgoing postage, within 30 days of notification of cancellation and provided goods have been returned to us in the condition in which they were sent.

Please note: we do not accept returns and will not issue refunds outside of the date stated in our returns policy, above.

You must always obtain a proof of posting when returning an item.

Please note: ‘Return to sender’ returns will most likely take longer than the allowed return window and  you are not therefore guaranteed to receive a refund.  Consequently, this is not a recommended method of return.

Paradis Terrestre must be informed as soon as is practically possible, ideally within 24 hours, of the receipt of damaged or incorrect goods and of the intention to return them. (This does not affect your statutory rights on damaged goods). Photographic proof should be submitted.

Please note: Personalised items cannot be returned

Overseas Customers: You will be responsible for paying any such local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, as these are not included in the price of the products. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you from the carrier. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to placing your order.
